Food Colleagues work place, i dont have any other pro's, so writing cons as it is not allowing me to submit bad working culture legacy usage

Cons

Micro management, though it is product based company but all the cultures are like service based, they maintain in and out timings, worst wfh policies and many more, i would strongly recommend to not to join

Good work life balance, same projects use the latest technology stack . All festivals well celebrated, free food

Cons

Highly political organization where some of the employees don't get their due because of favouritism by management. With the influx of managers from service based companies, the product company culture is going for a toss and leaning towards a service organization based culture. Very few managers have good domain knowledge. No effort to build the second line of leadership which makes few people indispensable and the projects dance to their tunes
