Good company, growing. No real problems for the company, so no real problems for you (you'll get your pay check on time, you won't get fired, you'll get the budget you've asked for...). Good Sr Management, well trained.

Cons

Not very dynamic, bad HR department, very hierarchical, hard to move things within the company (have to ask about 20 persons to make a step), very process oriented
