International culture. Does a lot for employees comfort. Remuneration is quite ok. Biggest private company in the French Riviera. Nice sites in Sophia and in Villeneuve Louvet.

Great people in other Departments of Company. Using Salesforce and Financial Force, improving tools to be used by the Finance Department.

Cons

The local finance leadership is losing autonomy to Miami. There is one set of rules for the finance department and one for the rest of the company. Due to the failure to make decisions favorable to finance up front in sales cycle they have created a totally reactive environment where people are not empowered to push back.
