      Flexibility, remote working, working environment. Diversity of working positions.

      Cons

      Old-style management (political, focused on status checkpoints ...) Bureaucracy. Operations processes killing any motivation. Trend is to make everything complex to justify department size (vs revenues) Offshoring

      Pros

      European company values time off and having a life. Pretty generous with pay and bonuses. Flexibility to move to other countries

      Cons

      Big company, things move way too slowly. Nobody leaves so not a lot of growth opportunity. A LOT of 25 year old processes and unwillingness to adapt.
