Awesome offices and region. Pure IT player with strong investments on latest technologies. Backed up by very profitable business cases. Nice colleagues. Everyone is able to achieve its own work/private life balance.

Cons

Bureaucracy at all levels. Any local decision has to go to top level approval to get funds and thus simply doesn't happen. Agile frameworks are used to enforce this top level approach, no other tasks than the one pushed from the top are accepted. High usage of contractors working on site for 3 years with no hiring perspective are driving engagement very low.
