Pros

Management is just for show, they don't care about the staff. Confusing management from head office compare with local office. Upper management only look after themselves.

Cons

Very poor HR team. No answer to any question why for the redundancy. Just say nothing suitable. How would HR know nothing is suitable. If they don't ask or allow time for the effected staff to apply for the internal jobs available.

Pros

If being lazy and not being ambitious is a must at a work... then this is the place. I forgot, also a good one for pre-retirement. Otherwise nothing good about this company/office.

Cons

All the past bad reviews apply for the London office. In 20 years it has been the worst company I have ever worked, and I did work for a few around the world. Rewards the incompetents and the lazy ones by leaving them alone while the hard working ones are barely thanked, and so on (see other cons ...). Experienced people, look somewhere else, young grad same except if you are already looking for a place to retire, the same.

Old technology and tools Zero Career growth No job satisfaction Micromanagement Lack of motivation Worst HR Team Worst management team Zero job security Simple but repetitive work Unstructured team. Objective remains more or less same from levels L1-L3. Managers does not deserve lead position itself.. No respect for employees
