Good salary and benefits package and work life balance. Good colleagues.

Cons

Management with unclear guidelines, inability to manage activities and manage and coordinate people. No induction and introduction to new hires except for some online trainings. depends No contribution for personal improvement and learning. HR ghosting from day 1. No follow up. Company outside looks great, inside it is struggling if you meet the wrong people.

Where to start? - Management is old. With old ways and old school thinking -EXTREMELY political and hierarchical to the point that delays greatly your job -Nothing lands...too much discussion on everything -They have a program called "agents of change" who ask you to leave a positive review here -they don’t care about customers but to advance themselves through nonsense projects
