- poor leadership - particularly in HR and no accountability - not much career progression - standards are not high enough! plenty of low performers who stay for years and contribute to a negative/disengaging culture

Cons

Cons: * Linear growth model. * Worst HR Policies i have ever seen in my entire career. * Lot of Politics. Onsite Opportunities are given based on favoritism and not on work. * No Work-Life balance
