Cons

Management is so bad, they blame developers for anything that goes wrong, never take responsibilities for anything. No raises No solid plan for advancement Toxic management treatment.

Pros

The company provides a great work-life balance and the work environment is very friendly. Even as a developer you get to brainstorm and be a part of decision making along with your seniors. There's no misuse of power and the company makes an effort to cater to your learning experience. It has very inclusive.

Cons

Growth is slow (although this observation has been made ever since I joined the company during the pandemic which had a definite impact on the travel sector)
