Pros

The people are easy to get along with and very helpful. There is a lot of lateral mobility, so if you feel like your skills aren't being best utilized on one team, you can easily request you be transferred to another team. Likewise, if you want to try out something new. Management did everything in their power to keep everyone on during the pandemic, even allowing people to work 75% time for 90% pay to reduce the cost to the company and provide a benefit for the employee. Management has your back.

Cons

Some late nights/early mornings as you work with teams across the world.

1- I have just completed my 5 and a half years stint. It's been a fantastic experience - great people, great culture and plenty of opportunities to grow and develop ( I did 3 exciting roles during my time). Although it is my decision to leave for a really exciting external opportunity, I would be very happy to return if there is another opportunity for me at Amadeus in future. 2- Leadership team is smart, committed and honest 3- Personal development is supported 4- Nice working environment 5- Good benefits

Cons

Not many but if I have to call out then a tedious planning process slows down the decision making process
