Cons

1. Outdated Technology stack 2. Being very vast and involved in multiple verticals, could lead to a lack of focus in some areas 3. Some strategic decisions might not seem right 4. Hiring of Freshers from top institutes, who never stay beyond a year or two is a strategy I never agreed with 5. The work may not be challenging enough for some, might have to play second fiddle to offshore counterparts
