Decent product company with cool benefits
Pros
-decent package -flexible timing -good work life balance -free breakfast, lunch and snacks -cool annual gift could range from American Tourister trolley, bicycle, Amazon Kindle.. -Relaxed environment. -good company to settle in for long years. -onsite relocation policy for outperforming candidates for consecutive years.
Cons
-variable pay component huge and most of it depends on company performance and employees end up getting max of 70% and never full. -office location is far from city center and cab service is not free. -bad road and traffic snarls in and around office location makes it real tough to commute to and from office on own vehicle. -some of the projects are running dry and there is hardly any good work in them. -primary development center in nice makes it difficult to bring in and innovation to the project when working from offshore. -most of the senior members who transitioned from Ness tech don't work and just pass there time in office. Worst part if management doesn't do anything about it.
