Mixed bag of different cultures at senior management level. It might look good for diversity but for joiners at lower level, they might struggle to blend in especially when corporate culture is superseded by individual culture

The team spirit is in general quite good. A lot of flexibility is given to work remotely and compensation packages are quite ok specially in what it comes to holidays (30 days).

Cons

Salary raises only come when you are promoted and this is not an easy task. The company moves quite slow and although you might be heard, sometimes is very difficult to make changes.
