      Pros

      The bonus! once you manage to be fake for an year, provide an awful costumer service and suck eggs without expressing any opinion in order to make management looks good. Be friend with HR.

      Cons

      Morale is low and you will probably get bored of all the american (express) jargon. Don’t expect any training, get use to loads of staff motivational talks instead.

      Work Life Balance (8.30 - 5.30) office Good pay compared to service company Average hike is good 10% Free Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, tea-coffee Subsidized Cab service

      Cons

      Almost all are Maintenance Project. Just PTR fixing. Amadeus Bangalore truely provides service to Amadeus Nice. Good works done there, for maintainenace it comes to Bangalore. Low quality of work. What you will learn from Amadeus those are not useful outside specific. as all are Amadeus specific Bad rating system: Average , Good and Very goods will get same rating(WT: Within target) and extra-ordinary will get ET (Exceeding Target) but all depends on your manager Managers are not technically efficient
