Not fit for UI / UX designers, Only works well for back end developers No capable leaders, all are just managers with lots of ego. No friendly environment, managers use to fight with each other. No job security even before Covid-19, Lots of firing happened silently No one has clear idea about the product, simply hitting their heads in all the corners very less motivation
