Good company... Good policies.. Free food.. Good compensation ... Good hike

Cons

Higher management( specially directors and senior directors) in Bangalore is ruled by old timers coming from services background... They have lot of ego issues... Will never let people work properly.. You have two choices : Follow what they say and become like them or find your way out.. Many of the managers uses abusive languages which you can never imagine..

No exciting work, most products are developed in Nice(France) and support/improvement in the Bangalore office With the recent exponential increase in college recruitments, employee benefits have evidently reduced
