      Decent salary and overall compensation package Good HR policies Good work life balance

      When it comes to software development, work is mostly maintenance and 2nd grade that is sent by the global center in France . You will not find yourself solving technical challenges of even moderate difficulty. On top of that , there's huge number of processes for any change that you want to do . Lot of politics when it comes to promotions and increments . Your Knowledge will not take you anywhere , instead it's your ability to sweet talk the people in power .
