      Pros

      -Perfect work balance life (Appreciate this truly) -Excellent Management (Always thought for their employees first) -Stability (Any cracks covered quickly) -Opportunities (In my role lots of growth opportunities) -Awesome team spirit (Works well in terms of unity for me) -Amazing food (From Breakfast, Lunch to Snacks, good food quality) -Brilliant Social Responsibility (They do quite a lot for needful) -Employee Engagement (Always engaging the employees in some format nor the other) -Benefits – From food, Insurance, gifts, transportation to a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      -Few Floors require refurbishing to come in line with other companies(Feel like some old data needs to come out).

      Free food and full time pass peers who dont have work

      Cons

      Worst management which is full of politics and who di not know about products n keep wasting time in meetings n in micromanagement. Senior people are since childhood n nobody cant say anuthing against them and HRs are not transparent and never take employees feedback prooerly. Poor management because of which people are leaving. Work is monotonous. Nithing new to learn. Seniors should join govt jobs as they just come for attendance.

      Amadeus is good company and interesting travel domain. Lot to learn Free breakfast, lunch and snaks

      Cons

      Lot of politics No importance to technical people. Branding / self advertisment is important to grow and managers encourage this kind of culture
