      Pros

      You will not feel pressurized. You might make new friends. There are regular occassions where good food is served.

      Cons

      Almost all teams indulge in micro-management. There is a buzz word 'stretch' which your managers will use. People expect you to stay back late even though there is no work. There is a lot of favoritism. No person in the entire company will talk good of his / her senior.

      Pros

      Very unprofessional interviewers. Just asked 2-3 questions and did not told clearly to leave for the day. After making me wait for 3 hours they told you can leave simply.

      Not at all good process for hiring.

      AMADEUS has an almost monopolistic situation and offer high level of security as well as competitive packages in cash and benefits.

      AMADEUS is missing great opportunities because of its highly political organization and old management style. Long and heavy decision process, low agility, top down decision making process with little consideration for disruptive ideas
