- Friendly and relaxed environment - Job safety - Good salary/benefits for a position in France - Good place to be during Summer if you work at the french dev center

Cons

- Amadeus is your typical company that has grown big too fast and is enjoying an almost monopoly position - On an engineering side, the Amadeus culture is quite bad : very short term views, an inefficient and slow organization, blame culture. However there are on-going efforts to change this. - Very unbalanced talent (tech or management) distribution : there are undeniable talent in the company but the average bar is not as high as the company would like - Average salary if you look at the global job market

Company offers decent pay and benefits. Lots of long-term employees. People don't leave Amadeus.

Cons

B2B company. Not a fun place to work. Company is not very innovative. Amadeus is not market leader. People do not leave Amadeus. The average employee has been with company for 7+ years. Many are 15+ year employees. Company has 2 HQ's in the US. One in Boston area and the other in Miami.
