Pros
For my position I went through a lot of training on their systems. At the time I left, I had also served a total of 2 1-month rotations in Customer Support, so I could better understand the kind of issues they work on.
Cons
This may just be due to my personality, but I struggled with understanding almost everything I was taught. The Airline ticketing industry is very complex. Taking that on is not for the faint of heart.
