Pros
Besides the obvious title: - the compensation is decent compared to the other companies in the region - the technologies are fairly new and rate of adoption of new tech. is good - the career path is good and managers indeed seem to listen to the team members
Cons
Ill-advised decisions at top levels end up costing a lot long-term and putting significant pressure on R&D. This is not a general note, however, I happened to work in two teams already where this could be observed. To summarize, there seems to be a lack of realistic vision and accountability among some at the top management.
