      Great team mates. Good learning opportunity for graduates

      Some managers can't handle stress and they turn many valuable talents away. The stress persistent and management can't handle it, passing it to low level devs. Managers don't want to listen to any feedback. You can not grow much in this company, neither professionally, nor financially. Too much bureaucracy and less time for professional engagement.
