      Pros

      Multiculture company, a nice place to work, the salary is not the minimum, possibility to do different things than job description.

      Cons

      Hard to grow up, a lot of redundant tasks which stops to do what you know the best, limited access to trainings. Still using the old technology, poor documentation, no architecture position.
