      Good place to settle down, but not so good if you want to learn and stretch yourself!

      Pros

      Work-life balance. One of the best HR policies and facilities. Plenty of extra curricular activities - Dance, sports, Music club, etc.

      Cons

      - Lot of approvals to be taken for any new initiative you want to take. - It is very process oriented, and hence you might find it very slow and frustrating at times. - Politics and networking plays very important role in Amadeus. - You might be good at what you do, but that won't matter much if you are not out-spoken and network well. - Most of the company still works on legacy systems, if you lucky to be a part of some good teams you'll end up working in/with some boring tools and technologies.       France Trips, Annual Gift, Free Food.

      Cons

      Too much politics, Annual Ratings is very unfair, Lazy HR department, once you refer someone for an opening you have to run behind the recruitment team to get the status. Takes 5 working days to get an address proof letter. Too much regionalism.

      - Very comfortable culture/work environment. - Great place to start your career.

      Cons

      - This may not be the place for you if you have previous work experiences elsewhere. Work experience external to Amadeus has no weight in the company after being hired. So, you may feel like not being paid the market value for your services. - Promotion is based on the time spent in Amadeus or the work done. People always ask you, "How long have you been in Amadeus?"
