      Pros

      I have a no stress life here with a lot of sun and a lot of parties with colleagues and no one demands from me any high performance. I have also a lot more vacations than I had before.

      Cons

      everyone is super fearful but hides it behind a friendly facade - too quick to see the worst in anyone and too cowardly to resolve things directly. generally they are very lame - taking idiotic decisions which just shows they have no idea what they are talking about but don't point it out just go with the flow or they won't like you. amadeus people are as small minded as it gets. making a big deal out of nothing always watching others talking about others putting down others to show they're not so very unimportant and mediocre as they actually are.

      there's no work discipline at amadeus - feel free to take advantage of it however you want

      Cons

      I was facing verbal abuse and passive aggression at this company so no I would not recommend it to anyone the HR is totally useless, only for recruitment and salary managers practice one way communication and don't care what employees on lower levels are doing unless it affects them personally employees on lower levels are free to play political games, intimidate and abuse each other - it's a toxic workplace filled with many small-minded mean fake coworkers I had to work hard to catch up with the current technology once I left to be employable - at amadeus my skills went downhill

      + work/life balance + good climate + international company + nice people, relaxed environment

      Cons

      - full of liars, backstabbers and gossip - job not exciting, mechanistic, doesn't require deep knowledge - no fast career - expensive, boring area, nothing works properly
