      Additional paid leave. 2 months workation thus means 2 months you can work from anywhere.

      Cons

      Additional health insurance has low coverage. No team buildings, no gifts for any occasions. No personnel development. You can't go to conferences, take additonal covered courses. HRs doesn't cooperate with anything.

      Work life balance is great in most departments. Freshers are given critical, high-responsibility tasks based on capability, not just seniority. Recognizing this fosters growth and retention.

      Cons

      Pay and hikes are not very competitive when compared to organizations. This is department specific: Office dynamics, including favoritism, office politics, and a geriatric work culture, can create an environment where efforts go unrecognized which can lead to frustration, diminished morale, and humiliating.
