Pros

You get to learn a lot due to amazon scale in terms of services if you can be curious and learn how to navigate chaos become accountable and learn how to highlight at the right time and level your work or blockers.

Cons

Not much clarity on prioritisation , Anti - Agile pattern is embedded deeply causes a lot of hidden work to be done to achieve deliverables if you try to maintain high standards, management not have enough depth on how to streamline and protect their team from chaos and build a high performing collaborative bureaucracy free AGILE team without silos.
