Pros

It is good at early career stages when you want to learn. They push you beyond reason to do a lot of stuff, eventually making your life at any other company a piece of cake later on.

Cons

- Working at Amazon feels like chasing 2 deadlines every single day (your mileage may vary but most teams are workaholic) - My manager used to check status updates and assign new tasks in the morning scrum and ask for updates in the afternoon. - Most people in my team had 30-40 tickets pending on them (no kidding!)
