Pros

1. No dress code (you can wear whatever you are comfortable with unless it doesn’t distract others in the office) :p 2. Base pay (Amazon has the concept of base pay over CTC unlike other companies. So except for PF, there would not be many deductions) 3. Wi-Fi (we have access to free wi-fi right from the very first day. We are free to access any website, even YouTube, unlike in other companies. Its just that we don’t have enough time) :p 4. Free two way transport for all the employees no matter what shift they work

Cons

BREAK TIME If there is one thing we, people at customer service team want to change, it is this

Pros

Can learn a lot from both tech stack and non-tech skills, like AWS and writing skills.

Cons

Projects are pushed slowly and some tech can be out of dated as the re-architecture work could be a low priority task in this kind of big comp.
