Pros

Good work-life balance while working on Alexa devices org compared to AWS. Some weeks might work 50-60 hours though (maybe like every 2 months). Compensation is very good.

Cons

Management doesn't care about tech debt. Very unscalable business, every other month are releasing new products that have to be compatible with existing software.
