Pros

When I joined, our team had a great culture - healthy work life balance, work from home when needed, reasonable deadlines. My manager was wonderful, and I likely wouldn't have stayed at the company long if I had a worse one. Solid compensation compared to many software jobs out there.

Cons

Upper level leadership is setting unrealistic expectations and forcing people back (or, often, for the first time) into offices filled with distractions and taking away much flexibility.

Pros

Incredible learning environment — you're surrounded by smart, driven people. Ownership is real: you're trusted to make decisions and deliver results. Great compensation package, including RSUs and benefits.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge, especially during peak seasons or critical launches. Internal processes and tools can sometimes feel outdated or overly complex.
