Pros

1. Exposure to Scaling things. 2. If not anything else you will learn a lot abt AWS services. 3. These days they are promoting knowledge. 4. Jeff is a cool guy.

Cons

1. Ppl aren't as smart as u think when the name amazon comes to your mind, they are just slightly above average or average, this may be due to poor hiring process. 2. Seniors still favors processes much more than outcomes. 3. Because of their frugality as one of the leadership principle, you feel like you are working for a typical MNC, with no freebies or dull and boring environment. 4. It's an organization where ppl tries to please each other, caus if u very smart it won't matter, you will not be allowed to go forward with your design, you will have to convince others, and as I said "others" are not smart, so smart ppl can really​ have a hard time here.
