Pros

Salary is the only benifit in my team

Cons

1. No charter to our team, major work will be in away teams. 2. Manager openly told us that we need to work on oe items as an additonal work which will not be tracked in the sprint who ever does extra they will be given additional credits by manager leading to worst work culture in team. 3. No learning curve in the team as we donot follow any kind of best practices like rest principles while building apis code writren is in such a way that everyone fears of modifying the code and puts a if at the top 4. No proper help is given from away team when i asked manager or senior team members for away team support they say that we need to go through the away team complex code and need to figure out things ourself without any away team support and expect things to be working without any issues and delays. Only CR or doc review support was given.
