Pros

You get to learn a lot. Your code goes into production very soon and often and you feel you are accomplishing something. Lot of smart people around you.

Cons

Employees are treated very badly by their managers. There will be no guidance from anyone even if you are very new to the industry. All they need is you pushing code. There won't be any ramp up time. As soon as you join immediate week you are assigned tasks and are expected to finish them. They recruit many new grads because they know they would spend more time in office as they do not have much of responsibilities. It is the worst place for people who need personal time. Women don't even think of having kids if you are in Amazon else your kids will starve to death.
