Pros

1. Get to learn a lot when you are a new grad. 2. Brand name.

Cons

0. Horrendous pay. 1. Simply no perks. Employees don't even get discounts. (Employees in certain regions do. But it's limited to 100$ a year) 2. Employees are treated as "employees". 3. No life apart from work. 4. Benefits mentioned in salary is taken out from your paycheck. 5. Cheap company. I reiterate, they are cheap, not frugal! 6. Performance ratings given on whims of manager. No proper structure or objectivity. 7. Extremely horrible stock vesting period. 8. HRs catch up on people related matters just for the sake of it. Don't follow up on problems raised by employees. 9. The performance rating you receive and the salary increment is extremely dependent upon the amount of money your team has. 10. Company works with 50% of the workforce. That is, when they know they need 10 people, they will only hire 5 and make them do all the work. (Could be specific to my team)
