Pros

Pays you for your work

Cons

Demands you, other employees, and semi trucks travel and work in extreme inclement weather. (Many employees in these circumstances have anxiously stated they could have died. I have almost crashed or have been hit on multiple occasions.) The company has every ability to delay or postpone work until employees can travel in safer conditions, but chooses not to. Constant mandatory overtime. Lazy day shift employees leave extra work for night shift employees. No bonuses. Dangerous, overcrowded workplace. Mold everywhere. You will get sick. Pot heads EVERYWHERE. Micromanaging and hounding on a daily basis. Daily on the job injuries. (I’ve crushed fingers, sliced skin open, been hit by falling boxes, and bruised by the numerous odd edges and corners in the building.)
