Pros

-simple job -simple goals -if you can catch on quickly, there's a variety of tasks you can do rather than the only 2 basic tasks -has opportunities to grow if you can persevere Not all the managers were great, but you can tell there were a few that really cared about you as an associate and now just how you affected their statistics for their monthly bonus. I worked there for 4 months and connected with those who gave the job their best even though it was tough and tedious. That collective effort made me feel motivated and actually sad to leave.

Cons

- physically demanding - lots of frustration - tedious - can be lonely/depressing

Pros

Higher pay than Associates. Recognition from management

Cons

Bumping up tiers can cause you to be paid less than coworkers if a pay increase based on tenure is applied... longer hours to set up shift. Stress from rushing to get Associate rates and quality up.
