HR and leadership ignore complaints and punish the lone employees who speak up. • You do all the heavy lifting alone while others get instant help and recognition. • Escalation channels are a joke—no follow-ups, no real action, just platitudes. • Toxic “work family” dynamics reward favoritism and punish anyone outside the group. • Mentally and physically exhausting. Feels unsafe and dehumanizing.
