Pros

Benefits are great. If you want to just come in and do a job and go home it is a great place to work. If you are wanting to promote change, work your way up the "corporate ladder" or care about where you work and the people there, not so great.

Cons

Leadership and communication are the key issues in the building. Been working here for 7 years, 2 years as a tier 1 associate, 5 years as a Process Assistant, top rated scored as ready to promote for the past 4 years. Interviewed twice for L4 Area Manager position, declined in 1st interview inclined in 2nd interview. Been told there are no positions available in SDF8 for internal promotions. They are bringing in new AMs, college graduates on a regular basis. Trying to promote change is impossible at this level as everyone L4 or up are looking to take any ideas you have so they can promote up, but always asked to help with this project, what are your thoughts on this. Never get to claim any idea or project I have as my own and utilize that to help me promote. A lot of politics and bureaucracy.
