Pros

Pay Check and Two Year Bonus

Cons

Managers are very young and experienced and don’t understand manufacturing. Extremely metric driven for an organization that ships boxes. To get promotion you have to part of the buddy system if your managers don’t like you even though your a top performer forget about getting that promotion. Senior L7 or Operations manager L6 don’t know how to tell you how to do your job. They tried to be stricken, but when challenging they can’t back their story to give you an honest answer. Employees are needed at a rate that they can’t keep and they will hire anyone that can breath. Associates will last a day and quite because they are not able to stand for 12 or 10 hour shifts. Employees that are hired are impossible to get rude off because HR will not do their job because they need warm bodies at the expense of the area managers.
