Given the freedom to influence culture and change. Competitive salary and benefits with other major companies. 100% self-motivating work environment. Fast pace and always changing. If you survive and level up you will likely make it anywhere as you navigate your career.

      Must be driven career growth is 100% on you to seek out being great at what you do will not be enough, competitive work environment that tends to favor type A personalities, The bar is constantly being raised, not for everyone and will take all your time if you let it.

      Good stock options if you stick around long enough. Also, good bonus.

      Cons

      Long work days. Many weeks you are expected to do overtime. The 50k salary isn't worth it depending on your location and how much they make you work.

      You will work with some of the smartest and most charismatic people. The role will develop you and consistently challenge you for a while. It will stretch you in many different areas, that you may not have anticipated the need to own.

      Too many competing priorities. Everything is a priority, there is no opportunity to miss on anything. This leads to everyone bs'ing everything, because that is the only way to keep up.
