Pros

I Love Amazon not only making I money whiled I working but it makes me feel and see the important of a fraction of a second of time. Also since I am starting in Amazon , I see how Amazon managers cares and make sure every employee is working in a safe environment. I personally feel much better and strong every day about my self , Today I lost all the extra 40 pound weight since I started. I see my self very proud Amazonian,,,,, Love it all the way....

Cons

I can see to improve in installing more safety Sings especially in all the stair ways where are empty right now. Also I want to see in the north outside wall BIG AMAZON FULFILLMENT sing . I want to see also in Tracy facility a miner corner Gym where employee can come an 1 hour before their work to exercise so that Amazon will make it easier for the employees to feel more home and love Amazon more......

Pros

Four day, 40 hour work week plus benefits.

Cons

Changes in Management. Due to the nature of the business, everything is based on the speed that product can be sent to the customer. When problems arise due to this, action for improvement is often delayed. Quality suffers. Employees often feel like robots instead of people. Managers that meet production goals are often kept, even though they are lousy managers, with few people skills.
