The ability to learn cutting edge technologies on the job and to work with an AWESOME team. Remote working opportunities. Access to work and travel globally. Great compensation packages. The open door policy is amazing. Growth and career development is unmatched in the tech space.

Cons

Training and certifications may be rigorous and challenging, but it are certainly worth while.

I have just joined AWS in Melbourne, so far everyone has been fantastic and welcoming. The onboarding is a lot of work, but at the same time really good. Very happy i have made the move.
