Pros
There are no pros. If you feel the need to be treated as a human being please do not join this role. It is repetitive where you have to keep answering Yes/No questions for 8 hours straight. It's a brain dead role that will one day be replaced by AI and there is nothing you learn when you're working here. One case after another will be assigned to you. You can't even get up to drink a glass of water because your performance will be hindered.
Cons
There is no growth, no learning anything new. Everyday login and get to solving atleast 120 cases like a robot and log out.
