Terrible place to work

Pros

Compensation is average, people want to work there

Cons

Backstabbing colleagues and managers only look out for themselves - they like to work engineers to death and not promote any of them. Nontechnical managers don't know what they are talking about and will fire you at any time, called the PIP system. Look it up. I lost years of health working there and will never go back - STAY AWAY.

Pros

Compensation is decent, but lower than other tech giant.

Cons

Culture is pretty bad to say the least. People are obnoxious and abusive. Open ranking system, but each team has their own bar. Since COVID started there was no much real help to people to adjust, they just allowed you to take home a display and compensate up to 10 days of childcare, it ends there. I hope that I will never have to work there anymore.
