Pros

Opportunity to work on cutting edge tech. Working alongside smart people is always exciting. Lot of good internal resources to help you grow.

Cons

Compensation is not the best compared to the amount of effort one puts in. Culture may not be great and work prioritization is more promotion driven than customer obsessed. Long timers get preference over best performers in the team. Your managers may not appreciate you challenging anything they say, And that will surely damage your chances of promotion.
