Too Many hard processes which forces to revolve around that that can hinder your ideas. Evaluation process is very tough for both team member and manager. Have to write a lot to show case performances. You may not feel secure with your job any time as the expectation is very high. I felt that Cant easily reach to your own HR when you need a human interaction, again it will be through certain process . Lastly work time has no limit, while we can call that as flexibility you may not know when you can be offline in day time and evening through night.
