High-energy, relentless, demanding, but ultimately rewarding
Pros
Rewarding, in a very immediate, direct sense: working in the .com division, there is always the knowledge that you've given something their product on time and in good condition. If you've ever ordered something on Amazon.com, you know how nice that is, and given the sheer number of packages we ship out in one day (or even one shift), you're making a lot of people happy.
Cons
Relentless, non-stop work: not always difficult or demanding (although it sometimes is), but there is little "down-time" as there might usually be in other jobs. If you're not on breaks or lunch, you're working hard. Not necessarily a bad thing, if you like that, or can adapt to it. There are also frequent, minor (but not always) changes to the processes we use at the FC, all in the name of increasing efficiency or reducing metaphorical waste, but happen with little warning pretty frequently, and constantly adjusting how you work and what you know makes you good at your job can get kinda exhausting, physically and mentally.
