Pros

A healthy environment for learning and growing. The principles are followed very religiously and they proved to be worth following in the long run. Teams are small and very collaborative internally. Amazon's internal tools are very well developed and work gets quicker if you understand how to use them.

Cons

Since teams are small you end up taking more responsibility. (In a way good too, as it allows you to take major decisions)

Pros

Decent work life; lots of ownership.
